Problem: I break the law driving more times than I get caught breaking the law driving.
Solution: An dataset aggregation company that creates and implements the smartest traffic ticketing in the world. This could include ticketing people for parking in illegal locations through public CCTV cameras (or private on-premises cameras) or for speeding on a highway (through using cameras, license-plate-reading technology, and/or radar guns). It would help to make the world safer. A potential benefit of a company like this would be that they could also issue “positive ticketing,” for people who follow the law. This would reward good behavior and following of laws.
Monetization: A percentage of each ticket paid by offenders.
