Thinking out loud here: Is there some sort of equitable way for people to volunteer their time on a project in exchange for equity, but without having any strings/baggage/expectations past their contributions?
There are all sorts of tasks/roles/people I'd love to have help out with random projects (@detangleai, @toolstashapp, etc) and give them some sort of upside for their time. Design, iOS dev, backend dev, frontend dev, AI work, etc.
